Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing mail management solution, which will give you complete control over your email accounts and e-newsletters. With this easy-to-use graphical user interface, you can create a new email account in no time and manage its settings easily. Plus, you can forward mail messages from one email box to another, finetune email filters, set up auto-response messages and guard your e-mailbox accounts against spam messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your e-mailbox accounts against spam email messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesired mails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your email messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a given electronic mail account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are excellent for sorting your incoming e-mail messages based on specific rules specified by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can easily create a mail filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and select the e-mail filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming electronic mail messages from one email mailbox to another, or even to a number of other electronic mail accounts. Simply select the electronic mail account you wish to forward electronic mails from, then select the destination email mailbox and select if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly set up the mail client of your preference to access your email boxes. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the email account you wish to set up on your personal computer or cell phone and click on the mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mailbox account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple mailbox accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager will also permit you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - specify the message you want people to see and our system will do the rest. And if you want to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can accomplish that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
